Ian assists with Airwave's IT infrastructure and oversees the day-to-day details of the company's technical operation. He also designed, wrote and maintains the customer support system software.
Experience and Background
After completing a City and Guilds in electronics, Ian started his working life at DER Television as an apprentice television repair man. His skills were soon spotted by Airwave's sister company Techlive International, where he began a long stint producing and testing a variety of pay-movie systems.
Ian hates bad grammar and people talking on phones in trains. He's a self-professed "grumpy old man" but does enjoy photography and computers. Indeed, if Ian notices new computer technology "it needs to be played with" apparently.
