Many hotels in Devon and Cornwall were prepared for the analogue turn-off and switchover to digital, which started on the 8th April 2009 when BBC2’s analogue transmission ceased in many areas. However, there are still some hotels that have yet to realise the remaining channels BBC1, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 will gradually disappear if they do not take action.
