We are licensed by UIP (Universal International Pictures) to provide the very latest movies from Hollywood studios such as Universal, Paramount, Dreamworks and other Independent studios, in addition to BBC programmes and events. To supplement our range of content, we also supply specialist movies from PlayboyTV. Airwave supplies content at affordable prices, which can then be used to entertain your guests, patients or captive audience.
Blockbuster Film Packages for Hotels, Hospitality, Healthcare and Ocean Rigs
The Airwave content packages have been put together in such a way as to provide a wealth of choice for guests and patients. The packages can be mixed and matched as required by the hotel, hospital or ocean rig in which the content will be played.
Hollywood "Current"
- The Hollywood “Current” package provides 12, 24, 36 or 48 films sourced from the Hollywood studios that have been released for viewing within the hospitality and healthcare sectors within the past 12 months. Films are available after cinema release, but before release on DVD.
- 1,2,3 or 4 new films will be added to the Hollywood “Current” package each month and the oldest films will be moved to the Hollywood “Library” package.
- The Hollywood “Current” package contains a variety of genres from Action, Animation, Comedy, Drama, Horror, Romance, Romantic Comedy, Science Fiction, Musicals, Thriller and Kids.
- All films are available in English and most are also provided with French, German, Spanish and Italian soundtracks, when available.
- Each film is provided with a trailer, artwork and synopsis information in electronic format.
- Films are delivered automatically on a monthly basis to the hotel via the Internet.
- Films that are part of the “Current” package must be protected on the server using an approved content encryption system (e.g Securemedia or Verimatrix).
Hollywood "Library"
- The Hollywood “Library” package provides 12, 24, 36 or 48 films sourced from the Hollywood studios that were released over 1 year ago to the hospitality and healthcare sectors.
- 1, 2, 3 or 4 new films will be added to the Hollywood “Library” package (depending on number of films contracted) each month and the oldest films will be removed from the package.
- The Hollywood “Library” package contains the same genres as the “Current” package.
- All films are available in English and most are also provided with French, German, Spanish and Italian soundtracks, when available.
- Each film is provided with a trailer, artwork and synopsis information in electronic format.
- Films are delivered automatically on a monthly basis to the hotel via the Internet.
- Films that are part of the “Library” package do not have to be protected on the server using a content encryption system.
Adult "C18" and "R18"
- The Adult “C18” package provides 12, 24, 36 or 48 adult films from PlayboyTV which have a British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) 18 certificate.
- 1, 2, 3 or 4 new films will be added to the package each month and the oldest films will be automatically removed from each package.
- Films have an English soundtrack.
- Each film is provided with synopsis information in electronic format.
- Films are refreshed on a monthly basis via the Internet.
- Films that are part of the “Adult C18” package do not have to be protected on the server using a content encryption system.
- The Adult C18 Package can be upgraded to include adult films which have a British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) R18 certificate.
- Films that are part of the “Adult C18” package do not have to be protected on the server using a content encryption system.
How Do I Get Films from Airwave?
Airwave delivers films directly to the video servers in hotels and hospitals. The agreement for the supply of films is made through Airwave's Content Partners. Airwave's International Content Partners usually install and maintain video servers within hotels and hospitals, ships and rigs.
