Oakley Hall connects with its Guests
06 July 2009 00:00
Built in 1795, Oakley Hall has a distinguished past. Formerly owned by the Bramston family, close friends of Jane Austen, it is mentioned fondly in Austen's letters to her sister Cassandra at the turn of the 19th Century. Oakley Hall has now been beautifully restored to its former glory, offering a perfect setting for weddings, conferences, team building and corporate events. Commenting on the restoration and TV installation, Mark Vickery, Director of Oakley Hall, said all 18 luxurious bedrooms and its three bedroom cottage opted for the latest in Samsung Hotel TVs and TeleAdapt MediaHubs to provide guests with the optimum viewing experience. All our guests now have an easy to use connection panel between their personal electronics and the in- room TV, further complementing one of the finest country retreat venues in Hampshire. We are delighted with the results”.
