The modern, stylish Holiday Inn Bournemouth sits in a central location. within easy strolling distance to Bournemouth's golden beaches and town centre.
Airwave was approached to assist in the hotel's recent room refurbishment programme and designed a system in line with a remit for "a modern system with a simple information portal and Chromecast."
Recommending Samsung's HGEE690 Series hospitality TVs, Airwave installed and desk-mounted 113 x 43-inch SMART displays.
A 6-page Otrum CTRL information system was designed and implemented on each TV, providing guests with a branded hotel experience and hotel & local area information. An Airtime VOD service was implemented within CTRL's menu system, offering guests access to premium, early-release Hollywood movie content.
Completing the TV system jigsaw is Otrumcast, a hospitality certified Google Chromecast system, allowing guests to watch their own content on the guest-room TV. Otrumcast provides one-step user authentication, providing guests with a simple, intuitive "home-from-home" casting experience.
