Airwave partner with climate action company, Carma Earth

Airwave Partner with Climate Action Company, Carma Earth

June 1st, 2025

Airwave is proud to announce its partnership with leading UK-based climate action company, Carma Earth

As a technology provider, we're keenly aware of our environmental footprint. The energy our systems consume, our operational processes, and our logistics all contribute to greenhouse gas emissions.

We're committed to acknowledging and mitigating—as much as realistically possible—our carbon footprint and have committed to plant one tree for every TV display sold to a new customer.

Via Carma Earth's reforestation program, we strive to contribute to the restoration and preservation of natural ecosystems, supporting biodiversity, enhancing air quality, and fostering healthier communities.

The agreement with Carma Earth supercedes our previous sustainability partnership with conservation company Gift-A-Tree.

About Carma

Carma Earth is a UK-based certified B Corporation dedicated to making climate action accessible, transparent, and impactful for both businesses and individuals.  Founded in 2022 by Royal Navy veteran Jim Holland and technologist Iain Gurney, Carma combines environmental restoration with social responsibility, notably by providing employment opportunities for UK veterans through tree planting initiatives.

Mission and Approach

Carma's mission is to simplify and democratise sustainability efforts.  They offer nature-based climate solutions, including tree and kelp planting, verified carbon credits, and carbon footprint assessments.  Their services are designed to help clients achieve measurable environmental goals while fostering social impact.

Social Impact

Beyond environmental initiatives, Carma is committed to social responsibility.  They employ UK veterans in their tree planting programs and donate a portion of their revenues to organisations like the Standing Tall Foundation and HighGround, supporting veteran resettlement and career development.
