SCCI Group, parent company of Airwave Europe, has acquired SCS Technologies, creating a powerful hospitality technology platform built for delivery at scale.
The acquisition brings together two highly respected specialists, combining deep technical expertise, stronger national reach and a shared ambition to design, deliver and support exceptional guest experiences across the UK.
Together, the businesses now offer a broader end-to-end capability, from concept and design through to installation, connectivity, and long term support, all delivered by one trusted team.
This is more than a combination of services. It is an investment in innovation, resilience and customer value, giving hospitality operators the confidence to deliver more ambitious projects with a partner that can scale alongside them.
SCS Technologies is recognised for its expertise in TV distribution, digital signage satellite communications and hospitality technology. Combined with Airwave Europe’s leadership in guest entertainment systems, content management, AV, and network design and support, the acquisition creates a genuinely end-to-end capability - from design and installation through to connectivity, content and long-term service.
